  • What is Bravo’s delivery turnaround time?
    We will deliver any grocery order in 24 hours or less. We ask that all orders be submitted by noon the previous business day. Delivery times may vary for Local Products based on availability.
  • Does Bravo deliver alcoholic beverages or beer?
    Yes. We cannot deliver liquor, but we can deliver wine and beer in whatever size you need.
  • Does Bravo deliver large grocery orders?
    Yes. We can deliver any size order, from a few bags of fruit to a bi-monthly Sam’s or Costco restock.
  • Does Bravo provide on-demand delivery?
    Not at this time.
  • Does Bravo lease water, coffee or ice machines?"
    Yes. We can provide beverage machines, kegerators, ice machines, coffee machines, coffee grinders, or any other food or beverage equipment. We can also provide maintenance on all leased equipment.
  • Can I place an order for pickup and have Bravo deliver it?
    Yes! We can do as little or as much as you need, from putting your entire breakroom setup on Auto Pilot to picking up and dropping off a grocery order you place yourself.
  • Does Bravo require a contract?
    We are service-contract free. We realize that if we can’t meet the needs of your business, locking you into a contract helps no one. We have solutions for every business, whether it be a small grocery delivery every two weeks or daily porter service for multiple breakrooms.
  • How can I edit my services?
    If you want to change a delivery time, add more to your grocery list, or change any part of Bravo's services, just give us a call! We pride oursevles on being approachable and adaptable, ready to meet your every need.
  • How can I cancel an order or service?
    Give us a call if you decide to cancel any service. Because we're contract-free, you have the ability to edit or stop services whenever you like.
  • How do I submit an order for grocery delivery?
    Just email or call Brock directly with a list. He'll contact you with any questions and confirm your delivery time. That's it. Simple and easy for you.
  • How do I pay for our service?
    We invoice weekly via email. All invoices can be paid online with the click of a button or through your billing or accounting department.
  • I've placed a delivery order and I need to change or cancel it, what do I do?"
    No worries. Just give us a call or email Brock directly and he'll take care of it.
  • I've placed an order for delivery today, can you tell me when it will be here?"
    Yes, we can give you a good idea. Just call or email Brock and he'll provide a delivery window. He will do his best to give you a delivery window. But, remember this is Austin and our traffic oftens has more to say about when we get there than we do.
  • Do you provide catering?
    Yes! We have an event caterer and are happy to provide a menu or tasting session.
  • Does Bravo require a contract?
    If you lease equipment from us, we do require a contract, but we are Service Contract Free.
